PSL 6 has been very exciting and it is now time for the final of the Pakistan Super League to be played! We have the Multan Sultans competing against Peshawar Zalmi. Multan Sultans haven't done well in the initial stages of the tournament but have regained form in the later phase of the Tournament. Rizwan and Maqsood are the batsmen in form for the side scoring match-winning fifties in the previous match. Rilee Rossouw and Charles are also in the team and are capable of playing Match winning innings. Rizwan holds the key for the batting lineup for the Multan Sultans. Shahnawaz Dhani is the lead bowler for the side picking the highest wickets in this year PSL. Imran Tahir and Sohail Tanvir are also experienced bowlers for the side and can make the difference between the two sides. Blessing Muzurbani also impressed in the previous Match.
Peshawar Zalmi has previous Experience of Playing in the Finals which might help them on this Big Stage. Zazai has been the Clear Match Winner for the side in the last 2 games scoring match-winning half Centuries. Shoaib Malik is also a Veteran Player and showed how destructive he can be in the previous match scoring quickfire 32 of just 10 balls. Jonathan Wells inclusion has given the Stability at number 3. Rovan Powell and Rutherford add the Caribbean Flavour in the Batting order with Six Hitting ability. mad Butt, Wahab Riaz, Umaid Asif, Mohammad Imran, and Mohammad Irfan played the previous match. Once again, this is a fantastic bowling lineup but it does have some weaker links. The absence of a quality spinner is something that sets Peshawar Zalmi back as well.
PITCH REPORT
The conditions are not going to change from what we have seen so far. The weather is going to be hot, dry, and difficult for the players. The pitch is expected to be dry and slow for the most part and offer some help to the spinners. As far as the batsmen go, they have gotten used to the pace of the wicket and have been taking advantage of the pulled-in boundaries. Score of 170 plus would be ideal considering the Pressure of Finale.
TOSS PREDICTION
The team that wins the toss is going to want to chase first. We actually think batting first might be the way to go because of the pressure of chasing in the PSL Final.
