Multan Sultans are bidding for a third consecutive win on 'home' soil in Multan in the Pakistan Super League.
In their two matches at the Multan Cricket Stadium so far, Sohail Tanvir has bowled them to victory against Peshawar Zalmi before a 52-run defeat of Karachi Kings.
Quetta Gladiators have won their last two matches too, however, to ensure the defending champions sit level on points with the Sultans ahead of this one.

The Sultans have won three of their four matches in total now, with Sohail Tanvir’s bowling keep to their first win in Multan as they bowled Peshawar Zalmi out for 123, before Moeen Ali’s 65 and Imran Tahir’s 3-28 combined in a 52-run defeat of Karachi Kings.
Quetta Gladiators also have three wins from four, including back-to-back wins in their last two. Most recently, Jason Roy hit a 38-ball 50 as they reached 190/5 to beat Islamabad United by five wickets.
