Punjab Kings will be eager to win this match from a Playoff Point of view as they have lost many close encounters which they should have won. They lost the previous match as well. Batting looks strong for the side as Rahul and Mayank have always provided them a solid start. Gayle at 3, Pooran and Markram form a powerpack batting lineup which can be very hard to handle at times. Hooda and Brar is also there capable of hitting big shots when needed. Even though teams have not really enjoyed chasing as much here in Dubai, not much specifically has changed with the surface over the course of forty overs. Scoring a tall total in the first innings could be a key here, but a good start in the second innings can really offset that advantage.
