Kolkata Knight Riders have not yet played according to their full potential this season excluding few matches. Batting order lacks consistency which affects the team performance. KKR have not a settled batting order it keeps on changing accordingly. Shubman Gill has shown promise in the previous game against KXIP but Top-order failed drastically leaving the team in a spot of bother. Morgan Should come at 4 and guide the innings properly and DK should be assigned the role of a proper Finisher and there is no Andre Russell in the side. Cummins and Ferguson will be the two quicks for KKR and spin department will be lead by Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarty will accompany him. Sunil Narine can also be very handy at he middle overs as we have seen against the quality bowling lineup against Delhi.

The conditions in Dubai have tilted towards the bowlers. The playing surface has become slower and slower with accurate spin being particularly difficult to score off. A score of around 160 is going to be competitive and anything more is potentially match-winning. Expect a low-scoring attritional contest between these two teams.

The team winning the toss will like to bat first and make runs on the boards and will back their bowling to defend the target set and pitch will also slow down a bit in second innings.
