Hobart Hurricanes are much-balanced side as compared to Adelaide Strikers with both Bat and Ball.
Darcy Short has been in tremendous form in the previous against Adelaide Strikers. He was the match-winner in the previous game.
Adelaide Strikers will miss Travis Head and Michael Neser as they are currently unavailable for the selection. Wetherald and Philip Salt will have to take the responsibility upfront.
We are into the second week of the Big Bash League 2020-21, In Today's Match Hobart Hurricanes will take upon Adelaide Strikers at Aurora Stadium, Launceston. The Hobart Hurricanes won their previous match against the Adelaide Strikers by 14 runs but the victory was much more comprehensive than that. Darcy Short top-scored with 72, Will Jacks played very well for his 32, and Colin Ingram batted quite nicely as well. We have already seen Tim David strike the ball well consistently this season and Peter Handscomb is a very good player to have in the middle-order. With Wright, Faulkner, Ellis, and Botha to follow, the Hurricanes soo much of seem to have more than enough batting talent in their lineup. James Faulkner, Riley Meredith and Ellis form a strong bowling lineup. Johan Botha and Darcy Short are the spin options for the Hurricanes.
Adelaide Strikers would be really disappointed with their previous outing against the same team on Sunday. Batting Order of the Adelaide seems weak with the absence of Travis Head, who is on International Duty. Wetherald , Philip Salt and Matt Renshaw forms the top 3 of the Team. Renshaw Played very well and we know that Salt can be capable of . However, this is not a batting lineup that inspires too much confidence right now. Most of the players are too inconsistent and the depth in batting is just not there. Rashid Khan and Peter Siddle need to lead the way otherwise Adelaide Strikers are going to struggle to make too much of an impact.
