An all-around performance from Dale Steyn, he rescued Zimbabwe with the bat and he started the rot with the ball also. Tahir finished with 6 for 24 in which Peter moor, Brandon Mavuta, and Sean Williams were out in 3 successive deliveries. Steyn returns to ODI cricket with 2 wickets today and a brilliant fifty (60 )came from his bat too.
After winning the toss South Africa opted to bat first and put defendable runs on the board because the pitch was good for bowling and it will be more difficult while chasing. again a flop show from South Africa openers and they lose their 1st wicket in the second over, deal agar scored only 4 runs and gave his wicket to Chatara. Heinrich Klaasen, who impressed in the first ODI made only 1 run in 13 balls.
