While chasing Pakistan did that which they are best at, from very first over they attacked Australian batsman with Spinners and seamers combination. Australia Managed only 28 runs in Powerplay with a loss of 2 wickets. Opener Darcy Shot again flopped and Chris Lynn too. Pakistan bowled really well but they dropped so many Catches as well which pulled the game to final over because you can't give chances to players like Maxwell, At one Stage Maxwell started middling the ball but it was too late the required run rate was over 14 at that time. Maxwell and Coulter Nile remained unbeaten till 19th over but in the last over 23 runs were required and they both caught in the final Over.

Imad Wasim became the man of the match for giving only 8 runs in  4 overs.
